All items are custom-made to order and produced by our trusted manufacturing partners located in the USA and across the globe. This made-to-order model allows us to offer fresh, unique designs while reducing waste and maintaining high product quality.

Below is a full breakdown of our current shipping process.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, print, and package your order before it ships.

  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
  • Orders with custom personalization: Up to 7 business days
  • Larger or multi-item orders: May require a little extra time
  • Holiday season: Please allow up to 7 business days for processing due to increased order volume

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping time refers to transit time after the order has shipped. All timelines below are averages in business days, and exact delivery time may vary by location and carrier.

2–5 Business Days

  • iPhone cases
  • Samsung Galaxy cases
  • AirPods cases
  • Apple Watch bands
  • Tote bags & accessory pouches

8–15 Business Days

  • MacBook cases
  • iPad covers
  • Ring holders
  • Screen protectors

Note: Processing time (2–5 business days) is in addition to the shipping estimates above.

Multi-item orders may ship separately depending on the products ordered and production partner availability.

We currently ship to the United States.
International shipping options may be added in the future

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item leaves our production facility. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers.  You can also track your order with our Order Tracking tool.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed, as delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or holiday volume may occur.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, as all items are custom-made for you.
  • If an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
